Absolutely NO to John McCain NO 11

Part of me wants to tell you not to read and part of me wants to scream at you you've got to read Jane Mayer's book, The Dark Side.  You will NEVER vote for McCain if you do.  A bunch of often incompetent, ruthless, right wing ideologues rule the land at the moment.  It seems, from this book, that any minimization of the problems of terrorism has NOTHING to do with US efforts.  I'm only about half through it and am torn between getting rid of it and pushing on.  A beautifully documented picture of the nightmare our country's government has become.
